Our Mission

Choices Pregnancy Care Center is a faith-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit serving Gainesville and Hall County for over 15 years. We provide free, confidential medical services, education, and support for women facing unplanned pregnancies.

As a licensed medical facility staffed by trained professionals, we offer pregnancy testing, limited obstetric ultrasounds, options counseling, STI testing, and our Bright Course parenting education program — all at no cost.
